Read moreThe EBVS regulations and the EVPC constitution demand that, in order to continue their status of European Veterinary Specialist in Parasitology, all diplomats must be re-evaluated every 5th year. The purpose of the recertification is to reassure the public that all European veterinary specialists have and maintain the required level of expertise and knowledge. Diplomates that fail to accumulate the mandatory points within the 5 year period, or that fail to meet the other conditions of membership, will lose their registration as a European veterinary specialist and will become a Non-practising EVPC diplomate. This will come into effect 12 months after notification. Diplomates will be sent full instructions together with a re-evaluation form at least 3 months prior to the 5th anniversary of their date of admittance into the EVPC (as stated on their letter of admittance). The re-certification template on this web-site are for illustrative purposes only (Do NOT download these as they are regularly refined and updated – the most recent version will be sent to you shortly before your application is due).
