Committees
The duties of the Education Committee are to:
- Set and approve criteria for training programs, training institutions, and supervisors.
- Maintain a list of approved training programs, training institutions, supervisors and current candidates.
- Set, maintain and revise an outline of the scope of knowledge and level of attainment required for the examination.
- Monitor the progress of each candidate by receiving the required annual reports from their supervisors.
- Approve the residency programs in Veterinary Parasitology.
- Approve the guidelines for minimum requirements for the continuing education of Diplomates.

The duties of the Examination Committee are to:
- Deal with all the matters in relation to examinations of the College, including organization, maintenance of quality standards and holding the examinations.
- Inform the College Board of the examination result and make recommendations regarding the award of Diplomate status.

The duties of the Credentials Committee are to:
- Establish guidelines to assist applicants applying to sit the diploma examination.
- Receive, review and approve the candidacy of applicants for examination by the College.
- Forward the credentials of approved applicants to the Examination Committee.
- Establish re-accreditation criteria and, when appropriate, to review and amend these.
- Receive, review and approve applications for re-accreditation from all active diplomats.

The duties of the Nominating Committee are to:
- Foster respect for the EVPC Constitution and Bylaws for all nominations and elections;
- Inform Members and provide Diplomates with the rules for applications to fill any vacancies;
- Check the correctness of procedures before, during and after any nomination and ballot/election;
- Write the minutes and report of the election and send them to the EVPC Secretary Office.

The duties of the Residents Committee are to:
- Provide training support for residents.
- Organise meetings and events for the residents during the EVPC annual meetings.
